Adventaro values your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It applies to our web application, Android app, and iOS app.
We only collect the following data: name, email address, phone number, and location (to determine pickup points for tours). We do not collect log data, device information, or other technical data.
We use your data to inform tour operators where guests need to be picked up. Additionally, we use it for reporting and invoicing tour operators. After the event, customer data is no longer relevant and is not used further.
We only share data with tour operators, and solely for the purposes described above.
We retain personal data until the user deletes their account. After account deletion, the data is removed or masked.
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website and apps are used. This is only for analyzing page usage and keywords. We do not use this data for marketing or tracking customers outside our services.
Your data is stored on our servers hosted by DigitalOcean in Frankfurt, Germany.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to processing, and to request data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.
